Prints are made to order, sold unframed, and shipped within the contiguous United States.
Prints
What you are buying
You are buying an original unframed art print from Known Elsewhere, printed on archival matte paper and made to order.
Numbered or limited editions
Known Elsewhere prints are not numbered and not sold as limited editions.
Color on screen and in print
Screen settings and room light can change how color appears. The print you receive may not match your display exactly.
Care for the print
Handle the print with clean, dry hands. Keep it away from moisture, direct sun, and rough surfaces before framing or display.

Choosing a size
Each print comes in four sizes. Use the size guide to compare portrait and landscape formats before you order.
Frames in room photos
Prints are sold unframed. Room photos may show frames for scale only.

Shipping and returns
Where we ship
Shipping is free within the contiguous United States, which means the 48 states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
Production and delivery timing
Production typically takes 1-3 business days. Transit typically takes 2-5 business days. Most orders arrive in about 3-8 business days.
Returns and order issues
Change of mind or the wrong size: 14 days from delivery. You cover return shipping. Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect: 7 days from delivery. Lost: write within 7 days after the date we gave you if tracking shows no delivery. Damage claims are replaced or refunded at no charge. Read the full policy on shipping and returns.
